It is a fully automatic machine for the production of fruit syrup coated ice cream.
Equipped with:
- Automatic cutting system.
- Automatic stick inserter.
- Stainless steel Pincers with chassis and chain.
- Fruit concentrator and Nitrogen gas tanks for coating fruit concentrate on ice cream.
- Single line wrapping machine is fully coated with steel, having INVERTER (OMRON) and color mark optic system controlled via the MKS.
- The latest system to synchronize the position of the motors with high precision including serial-link protocol to relate with PLC.
