It is a machine for the production of Piano and Twister ice creams.
The system produces multi-layer Piano ice cream and Twister ice cream. It is able to be installed on any extrusion line.
This machine with minimum adjustment is able to produce a two and four layer Piano ice cream with chocolate or jam topping.
Three flavors Twister ice creams are produced by two rotating nozzles which are connected directly to the freezers; ice cream is dropped on a conveyor belt after which it is cut according to the size. Then two by two it is dropped on to the trays and at this time stick is inserted.
